Canopy Safaris in Rwanda : A canopy walk is a suspended bridge or platform that allows visitors to walk through the forest canopy. The canopy walk safaris in Rwanda are done in Nyungwe Forest National Park mainly; and for the most a long while in the East African forest was the only one with the canopy walkway. You cannot have a canopy walk during heavy rainfall, it is not safe, the walkway is slippery, and the rain is obstructive. This means, when you book a canopy walkway experience, make sure it’s within the dry season.
