  • Tourists can opt to use the Sanga Gateto access Lake Mburo National Park. Simply take the 13-kilometer dirt road from the main road at Sanga Trading Center to Sanga Gate. Sanga trading center lies 13 kilometers from Akagate trading center and 27 kilometers from Lyantonde.
  • Visitors travelling from Kibale National Park via Ibanda and Rushere can also access Lake Mburo National Park in Uganda. Traveling to Lake Mburo national park from Kibale can take about 3½ hours.
