Wildlife Viewing in Lake Mburo : The most significant things to do in Ugandan national parks are game drives, when tourists think of wildlife East Africa is the leading destination, Lake Mburo national park is located at the outskirts of Western Uganda not very far away from Uganda’s capital city. The scenic park is very small covering an area of about three hundred and seventy kilometers squared.
Tucked in fourteen small lakes and rugged hills, it’s one of the best places to encounter sunsets and the mighty sun rising, Lake Mburo national park boasts with the highest number of zebras compared to other national parks in Uganda and the highest leopard concentration game drives usually begin at 7:00 am, 11:00 am 12:00 pm and 4:000 pm night game drives can also be arranged occasionally there’s also a lot to done apart from encountering wildlife.
The animals to be seen on game drives are; impalas, zebra’s, Buffalos, bush bucks, reedbucks,warthogs,leopards, hyenas, Kiplinger’s, bush babies, porcupines, duiker, topis, elands, giraffes, and many more.
